Returns and exchanges

We do currently have high volume at our warehouse and it can, therefore, take a little extra time to process your order or return, which we are very sorry for.

If you are in the US or Europe and it’s been over 10 business days since you placed your order, or if you are overseas and it’s been over 25 business days since you placed your order, please let us know by emailing us with your name and order number. Thanks for your patience!

You can easily exchange your product to another, style, color or size within 30 days. Fill in your return form and return us the products in their original condition, with their tags attached and in undamaged packaging. Please include your order number!

Are you not 100% satisfied with your product? You're always welcome to return it to us within 30 days. Fill in the return form and send us the products in their original condition, with their tags attached and in undamaged packaging. Don’t forget to include your order number! If you'd like a new product, place a new order. 

You will receive an order confirmation as soon we start processing your order. In case you did'nt receive any order confirmation within 24h please contact us or ask us using our live-chat.

If you can’t find your return form, please contact us and we’ll help you get a new one! 

Allow at least 14-30 days for your return to reach us and to be processed. The customer will cover any damaged products or lost packages. 

Repack your order carefully and attach your return label. Leave the return at your closest UPS/DHL station or schedule a pick up. Processing your return will start as soon as we received it.

We want to support you as fast as possible. It’s important to contact us as soon as you identify a defect on your item.

If not done already, please send us a photo of your damaged product, so we can a have a closer look at it and response you fast.

Note that you cannot reclaim a product older than 2 years.

If your order has been returned to us, please contact us or ask us using our live-chat. We will find a fast solution for you!

Our orders are internationally shipped from our central-warehouse in Germany. One should be always prepared to pay additional taxes. Even it is less likely to pay taxes for EU-internal orders. It always depends on your contry's limit values. 

After we hand your order over to our shipping carrier, you should receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number. At HIGHKUNA we have the goal to sell original products to support our big and positive mission. Help us and report fake products, if you find replicas or counterfeit products. Use our live-chat or send us an email. 

Our products are manufactured in Poland, Pakistan, China and Germany. We have visited all of our main suppliers and do not collaborate with any suppliers that we find in any way doubtful.
